Sadly, there are a lot of non-believers not interested in knowing what the Torah is. Many Jews – while Jewish by birth, lack the desire to want to know more about their Torah – their soul. As a result, many take offence in the presence of a Torah scholar. They feel that although they may not have studied Torah themselves, they are more qualified to speak about what the Torah is and their understanding of what God wants from us…

Many Torah scholars might find themselves up for a debate. This often turns unpleasant, and really – nobody wins the argument. In fact, it just leaves everyone with an unpleasant taste in their mouths.

What is the correct approach to take when attempting to teach Torah to those who don’t believe? Watch this video. You’ll be looking at a crane. If you pay enough attention to the story as you meditate on the crane, the answer to the question becomes self-evident!

Enjoy!
