On the 16th Iyar (today’s Hebrew date) – 18 May 1965, Eli Cohen, well-known spy for Israel for having infiltrated Syria, revealing to the Israeli government vital information leading to assisting Israel to win the Six Day War, was sentenced to death under “martial law” and hanged in Marjeh Square in Damascus.

I am (sic) reminded of the well-known comparison given concerning the way we each see life (and other things) so differently. One such an issue – for example – is when approaching the viewpoint of how we see God. This, of course, triggers off millions of viewpoints. Who is right?! Who can be, of course, when we are talking about an Infinite Being? (Anything less than that would detract from any God most would wish to worship.) Once that Being is Infinite – then, whatever we see of Him will be merely a section of Him.
